"Helpful analytics, but I wish I’d known the reporting limits sooner"
I’ve mostly liked using Peachjar for the analytics. It’s easy to see which flyers are getting opened and what links people are clicking without having to hunt around too much. I do regret not looking more closely at the reporting side before getting used to it, though, because some of the reports feel a bit basic and exporting things can be clunky at times. Still, for tracking school info and seeing what’s actually getting noticed, it works well

"Our events are finally getting more attention"
I feel like our school events are definitely getting noticed more now, which is great to see. Maybe it’s just me, but the emails can feel like a lot sometimes. Still, I guess that’s probably part of why more people are actually paying attention?

"Peachjar has been useful for getting…"
Peachjar has been useful for getting flyers out to families , and overall it does what we need it to do . The main issue for us has been the approval turnaround . Sometimes things get approved quickly , but other times it feels like we are waiting longer than expected . It is not a huge deal every time , but it can be frustrating when the information is time sensitive . I just wish the review process was a little more predictable .

"Billing was straightforward"
Payment went through just fine, and the invoice was easy enough to find. I did have to click around a bit just to update my billing info, but it wasn’t anything too annoying. Overall, it worked like it should, so I’d give it 4 stars

"Worked smoothly with my screen reader"
I tried it out with my screen reader and didn’t run into any problems. Everything was easy to navigate, and it just worked the way I hoped it would.

"Pretty simple way to get flyers to the right families"
I assumed it would be kind of a hassle to narrow down who gets what, but Peachjar was actually easy to use. We could pick the specific schools and grades instead of just sending flyers to everyone, which makes a lot more sense. It saved us time, and I’m guessing parents appreciated not getting random stuff that didn’t apply to them.

"Finally, fewer school emails"
Peachjar has made school flyers way less annoying for me. Instead of my inbox getting flooded all the time, everything is in one place and the email reminders feel reasonable. It’s definitely cut down on the clutter compared to before. Did anyone else used to feel like the school emails were getting out of hand?

"Pretty easy to use"
It worked really easily for me. I haven’t used it enough to say for sure how it holds up over time, but so far I didn’t have any trouble getting it to work.

"I’m Still a bit unsure about how kids’..."
I’m Still a bit unsure about how kids’ data is being protected here. It doesn’t feel super clear to me, and I wish there was more straightforward info about what’s being collected and how it’s kept Safe.

"Admin access is easy to handle"
Peachjar has been straightforward for managing admin permissions. I can add or remove people without having to click around forever, which saves me time and cuts down on all the back and forth with staff. I’m usually a little wary of relying on customer service for things like this, so I appreciate that I can just handle it myself...

"Helpful, though a little confusing sometimes"
Peachjar has been useful for keeping up with school stuff. I do like that most of the flyers are all in one place instead of crumpled up somewhere in my kid’s backpack, which used to happen a lot. Sometimes I get a few too many emails, though, and I’m not always sure why certain flyers are being sent to us when they don’t really seem relevant to our family. Still, it’s helped me notice events and signup dates I probably would’ve missed otherwise. It’s not perfect, and I get a little confused by it here and there, but overall it works well enough.

"I do like the idea behind Peachjar. As..."
I do like the idea behind Peachjar. As a parent, it’s nice not having my kid come home with a backpack full of paper flyers that usually end up in the trash anyway, and I’m sure a lot of other families feel the same way about cutting down on waste.
That said, I don’t always keep up with the emails, so I’ve definitely missed a few things. I think Peachjar is useful overall, especially from an environmental standpoint, but for parents who already get tons of school messages, it could be a little easier to stay on top of.

"Works Fine, But What a Ripoff"
It works okay, I guess, but the price is kind of ridiculous for what you actually get. We expected more, and in the end it just felt like an overpriced little money-grabber. Not really worth it for us.

I tried it out and it was really easy to use, I didn’t have to mess around with anything or figure out a bunch of confusing steps, it just worked without any fuss at all...

"Good product, but support was slow"
I like the product overall and it does what I needed for the most part, but my experience with support wasn’t great. I ran into an issue and didn’t hear back for a few days, which was frustrating. When they finally replied, the response wasn’t especially helpful. I’d still consider using it, but the customer service could definitely be better...

"Hit or miss for our family"
Some of the flyers on Peachjar are helpful 🙂 but a lot of them just don’t really apply to our kids or our area. I still end up scrolling through a bunch of random stuff to find anything useful. It’s fine overall, just not super relevant most of the time 🤷

"Quick and Easy Setup"
Getting our peachjar account set up was easy. I thought there’d be a lot more back and forth, but the steps were clear, and the onboarding person jumped in when I got stuck on a couple of things. It took less time than I expected, and we felt like we could start using it right away. Overall, it was a really good first experience.

"Super easy to get my flyer approved"
I submitted my school flyer through peachjar and it was way easier than I thought it would be, the steps were clear, the upload went through without any weird issues, and it ended up getting approved faster than I expected so overall it was just a really smooth experience

"It’s fine, but the emails are hit or miss"
Peachjar is alright when it’s working, but the email delivery has been kind of frustrating. Some parents tell me they never got the flyers at all, and then others find them sitting in spam or junk. So it’s hard to really know who actually saw the information. It’s not the worst system or anything, I just wish the emails were more reliable.

"Works without any fuss"
I’ve been using Peachjar for school flyers, and it’s been solid. It loads fine every time for me, and I haven’t run into any weird errors so far, which I definitely appreciate
